Hello, I couldn't connect to my emby.media server from work today so during lunch i found out that I could via my web browser as normal, I changed my server name save it and while looking the my primary user George account I played with using a pin code or not.  after logging out of my browser I can only see my server via inside my home or have network.  I don't see it at all via the web either in my home or now back at work.... Will I have to reinstall the software or is there some problem that I can fix?

Are you sure the Emby Server is still running/started on the machine you installed it on?

Hello, my connection to my emby.server is hit and miss and worked all day Monday from cellphone while visiting at my brother's home.

Now today I can not connect to my emby.server .

First, I had this problem for a few days before install Astrill VPN software... I have it activated now  in open web mode.

If I restart my emby.server , then click browser server, it doesn't work from the computer it is installed own.

I may have confused it some how by installing VPN software....?

It's possible. What happens if you disable the VPN software?

I have my problem fixed now.  It seems that using my new VPN is  the main issue.

emby server does not work correctly with Astril. OpenWeb unless it is off.

First,  I started using Astrill OpenWeb feature and emby.server did work correctly unless OpenWeb was off.

Secondly, an Astrill tech stated that I needed a Private IP for my emby.server to work correctly at all while using either OpenWeb or OpenVPN.  I spend another 60 bucks for it and still emby.server didn't work correctly until I Installed both programs new on a different hard drive.

I now have my emby.server working correctly using OpenVPN from Astrill

Sorry for the trouble
