Disable Access to User Preferences

I just tried out enabling this feature on one of my user accounts :

 

 

 

Now that I have disabled this user's ability to change his own image and manage his profile, display settings and password, where do I go as an administrator to manage these settings?

 

There are no options to edit the user's image or preferences like in previous versions before it was removed from the admin settings. It has disabled all those options when logged in as the user, but nothing has changed on the admin dashboard side. Seems like it just got left out altogether.

 

I'm running stable server version 3.0.5972.

That feature is currently being added back in the next release cycle so only in beta or dev, but you can custom css  to unhide it if you aren't going to update.

Because that's not what happened.  Other changes that were necessary caused the feature to no longer work properly.

Just as an expansion...it would be great if we could "template" a user, so new users were created with the same preferences as other ones. (Sorry to hijack)
