Best way to upgrade server

I am pretty behind on my server version, so I want to upgrade. Currently running 3.0.5786.0

 

Clicking on the "Update Now" button on my dashboard seems to do nothing. The dashboard is suggesting that I should upgrade to 3.0.5911.0, but I think 3.0.5972 is the latest.

 

Should I just download 3.0.5972 from http://emby.media/emby/server/release/setup.exe and install over the top of my existing? Or do I need to "step" it though the versions to maintain my database?

 

I just dont want to do the wrong thing and screw up my server

Nothing wrong with downloading from the website and installing over the top.

It's running my database upgrade. Very exciting!
