Adding a directory to an existing Library, issue

I had a Library:

/Videos/Archived/TV Shows

/Videos/Current/TV shows

Containing these folders.

I added:

/Videos/Burned/TV Shows

while shows from the first 2 continue to update, those in the new directory are simply never processed, i forced a scan twice, removed the directory, scanned, added back and scanned again, no matter what I do the new folder is not processed.  I tried moving a folder (AKA Show) from :

/Videos/Current/TV shows

to

/Videos/Burned/TV Shows

It disappeared.

I have no idea what to do, but recreating the library is not a valid option, since it contains far to much data i had to manually update.

Any idea why this folder is never read or processed?

I do see something like:

server-63603846001.txt:2016-07-11 17:28:53.4112 Info HttpServer: HTTP Response 204 to 10.120.25.XXXXX. Time: 13ms. https://10.120.25.YYYYYYY:ZZZZZZ/emby/Library/VirtualFolders/Paths?refreshLibrary=true&path=/Videos/Burned/TV Shows&name=TV_Shows

So the log shows it is found, but I do not see anything processing shows from it.  Upon the latest scan it is still not picking up anything present in it, while if I move them back to say "/Videos/Current/TV shows" they are processed.

The logs contain no references to either series I placed in this directory either, after rescanning.

Thanks,

ERIC

Can we get the full log when it does a library scan.  With out it no one is going to be able to figure out what's going on.

Got it to work, by changing the name from TV Shows to TV_Shows, still looking into the logs to see if I can work out why.

However there does not seem to be any reason, however given the contents of the logs, I'd prefer not to upload.

There is probably a file system related error, but unfortunately without a log file we cannot really offer much opinion about what it might be. Thanks for the info.
