Scroll Bars Missing

What happened to the scroll bars on the TV Series Detail page and on all of the Movies and Episode pages?

I am using Theater vers 2.4.5 and they have disappeared when using my computer with a mouse and not a remote.

They were there when I commented about them in "Scroll Bars - Great Feature"

PS they do show up on the setting pages
