Media folder from cd in optical drive?

I know this question has been asked before but the answers were a little to confusing and not exactly what I was looking for so i will try to make my question easy. I was wondering if it is possible to have the ability to stream music from a cd in the opical drive to other users on the network. I don't want to have to rip the cds just simply put cd in drive and open emby on another device and be able to play music.
