Cannot contact local 8069

looks like i am getting this dreaded message again - while i briefly looked in hosts, well i didn't notice anything unusual.  I was able to play music and get metadata on everything however my library won't sync and says it can't access that port although i opened it up specifically.   i had also make some changes on port forwarding and stuff that shouldn't effect the emby kodi relationship however not being able to get to the local server port is an issue.  i also have Kodi set to the same port as well with a different IP address as i hope that i am able to finish the code to control it by IP with my HA System.  Please assist in this matter.  I do not know how to generate log roles.
