Yeah, I get that, but just putting it out there that you can do it in Emby today with the NextPVR addon. I wasn't even aware there was a TVHeadEnd for Emby. Learn something new everyday...
farside847 39 Posted July 19, 2016 Posted July 19, 2016 (edited) this one is high on the wife acceptance factor list. my wife would love to be able to pause, ff, rw, live tv. I dont mind if emby needs to "buffer" the content, especially if it does not need to transcode it and possibly loose quality an cause server load. maybe that is the term that should be used with users "buffer" instead of "not direct play". buffer = no loss of quality, no load, no transcoding Edited July 19, 2016 by farside847
