Release Notes

Are release notes posted someplace besides the blog that I'm not aware of? I'm not saying every release needs a blog post, but not having release notes makes it difficult to makes it difficult to test new changes, or have an idea of what could break after the upgrade, or whether to upgrade at all.

 

If minor release notes aren't currently posted somewhere, could we have a wiki page or forum thread for that info?

Every time the server updates its self you get this same information in notifications.  But it looks like only see website for details was put in this release.
