Netbug 26 Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 Server version: 3.1.58.0 Issue: Since the last update that I installed earlier today, I am unable to play any TV series. I have my TV series broken down into two collections; TV Shows and Documentary Series. This issue is affecting both of the collections. When attempting to playback any episode, i just get the spinning wheel in the center of the screen (I have left if for over 30 minutes). There is no error that is presented, it just sits there spinning. Films still play fine. I am able to access the media through other players on the same devices (VLC, etc.). This issue occurs in both Emby Theater as well as in the web interface. TolkienBard 58 Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 My wife reports that she is having theis very same issue. Once I get home, I will try to find a server log to post, but just letting it be known, this seems to not be an isolated problem.
c.adr75 3 Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 (edited) I'm having the same problems you. What should I do to get back to normal the seasons? Edited July 9, 2016 by c.adr75
Guest asrequested Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Verify your tv library paths haven't changed. If they haven't, try running clean database and then a library scan.
Luke 42085 Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 if you try adding a new series does that behave the same way?
TolkienBard 58 Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 if you try adding a new series does that behave the same way? It did indeed do that, however, the most recent update this morning seems to have corrected the issue for me.
Solution Netbug 26 Posted July 9, 2016 Author Solution Posted July 9, 2016 The latest update has also resolved it for me. Very odd problem. Thanks. 1
