how to change things like aspect. subtitle, audio & map buttons for the remote?

You can bring up the on-screen display with the ( * ) key on MCE remotes, this will allow you to change your audio or subtitle track on titles containing a selection of them. Since I use a Harmony remote, I've mapped the ( * ) key to the "Menu" button, which also seems more intuitive, in my opinion. For now, I don't believe there is an ability to change the aspect ratio, but depending on which remote you're using (you didn't mention in your post), this may not be an issue; you may be able to map the AR function of your television to the remote, which is the way I've always done it, and works perfectly.
