ET and playing same episode over and over

recently it seems that ET will start playing the current episode again once it has finished playing. I have the play next episode off. So it should just play the episode and stop but it just start over again. I'll get the log later today as I'm at work. Any one else have this issue?

edi :2.4.5 fixed this issue .
