Files not playing, click nothing happens

Just moved to a new server hardware. Running on windows 10 shares setup and direct paths. Everything played fine to start with old content, but now when new files are added to libary none will play when I click on them its like the play button does nothing.

 

Zero error msg and no loading just ignores button press and stays on same screen not even a audio que.

 

Anyone else experienced this before. The files play fine manually in vlc and emby through remote chrome broswer and app on phone.

 

Just will not play on kodi plugin or emby android tv, but older files will...

 

How do I find logs to debug this issue very fustrating that new files will not play.
