movie disappear from new added (remove when watch t is not tickt)

Hi

 

I found a strange thing,  I added a couple of new movies, but after a day one of them disappear from new added,

i can still find it if i search for it.  so i tryde to remove it and add it and it shows upp in new added, but after a day its gone. 

(i don't have the option to remove from new added when watch t ticket) 

i tryde different accounts but its still the same,  (also in browser and app mode its the same)

 

the only thing i did different is that normally i make dvd´s to h265 mp4  but now i did it in h265 mkv.

 

Anyone gott a clue what this is?  (sorry for the bad grammar)
