squirrellydw 9 Posted June 30, 2016 Author Posted June 30, 2016 any idea if you will be able to make the 1080i channels looks any better? For example like CNN, maybe its running at 30fps or using Bob Inverted? Its really the only issue I have. Or have an option to open it right to the guide?

We are using VLCs deinterlacing feature if we know the channel is interlaced. Nothing new in this area is in the current beta. For the other item you should create an official feature request. I'm not able to send it to my Fire TV through the webstore only can deliver it to my fire stick. Amazon is stating in the latest update the app changed and isn't available for the Fire TV only the Fire stick. Is this correct?

One other person reported this problem and, I think, rebooting their Fire allowed it to install.
squirrellydw 9 Posted July 14, 2016 Author Posted July 14, 2016 Why if I uninstall the current version and try to install just the beta, it asks me to unlock the app again? If I install the beta with the latest version installed the beta won't update, still stuck on the latest version.

You didn't say what device you were on but be sure it is under the same account and that the store is available so that it can validate your purchase. As for why you can't update, I'm not sure but for the past couple days the beta and release were the exact same thing.
