AmericanCrisis 28 Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 (edited) Live TV fails at about the 7 second mark when streaming (i.e. to remote Emby app - Nexus Player and also remote desktop web browser). What is especially strange is that it doesn't always fail in the morning just mainly in the afternoon/evenings. I'm using Windows 10 Emby Server coupled with an HDHomerun Prime. Attached is the log file for the most recent test and fails. Server log.txt Edited June 29, 2016 by jhugh

Luke 42077 Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 Hi, please supply both a server and transcoding log from the relevant time period. Thanks.

Luke 42077 Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 It's all covered here: http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/739-how-to-report-a-problem/ Thanks.
AmericanCrisis 28 Posted July 9, 2016 Author Posted July 9, 2016 For the most part it seems to have been resolved. I think the "auto" for bitrate was causing most of the problem. I set it to 3mb/s and it seemed to smooth out for the most part. At 1mb/s it was really smooth. The remote server has an upload speed of 6mb/s but it must not be consistent in the afternoon hours.
