Is there any way to get games to start from MBT

Got this all set up bar the game bit. is there any way to get a game to execute from this?

Yeah you can run everything except PC games in MBT, just go into the settings and add an external player, you'll see the option to change from "video" to game, other than that its a pretty simple setup.

I dunno what would need to be done, but as Red told me since the server and client are not always on the same machine, the PC games would have to map to the .exe like in the MBC config.

When I try to do this, I'm able to change the media type to "Game", but I'm unable to change the "Game System"; it just stays blank and I can't pull anything up by using the "+/-" buttons...

What about guys who are using there main pc for gaming as there server?

My server is also my gaming PC, but I doubt there will be a setup just for this situation since a lot of people wont be running it this way. It makes more sense to just have one setup so it wont cause issues for anyone. If you're really set on using MBT for games just be patient and PC support will come at some point, afterall its only still in Alpha and there's still a lot of more important things on the to do list. You can use MBC if you really want to launch PC games from MB right now.

 

Another option is to load all your shortcuts into steam, and add the steam plugin to MBT, its how I launch my PC games from MBT/steam while I wait for pc support. Still works fine with a remote or controller.

I can't even get GameBrowser to be seen in MBT. Its plugin is installed in MB Server, but it doesn't show up in MBT. I also read some where a way to get PC games to work on MBT. I'll try to find it again

Yes I do, Maybe I don't have it in the right structure I'll look at that.
