donquibrote 1 Posted June 25, 2016 Posted June 25, 2016 I'm running Lubuntu on an old laptop, which I'm using as a media server. When I request that Emby draws videos from the path of the external hard drive, and click on the hard drive path which shows up on Emby's folder adder, no folders appear. When I manually put in the path of the "Emby" folder within my external hard drive, I click the "OK" button, and I'm given this error mesage: "There was an error adding the media path. Please ensure the path is valid and the Emby Server has access to that location." For what it's worth, the path is /media/user/Toshiba NTFS/Emby. What can I do to fix this?
Luke 42077 Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 Hi, did you figure this out? If not, are you able to browse to a higher level folder, such as /media/user/Toshiba NTFS ?
