New content not showing intil manual library scan

Hey I notice that when I add new stuff to my folders they don't show up until I do a manual scan of my library. I am on the latest version of Emby, and my files are on a WDMycloud

Check that the realtime monitor is enabled under library -> advanced.

?Thanks, I set it to Yes. Is Auto the better option?

Yes you're fine then. Please be advised it can take several minutes after the realtime monitor picks it up before it will be visible in emby apps. if you still think there's an issue, then perform a test by adding new content, then give it some time and provide the server log:
