Emby-server-dev broken after Debian upgrade

The emby-server-dev release was working fine until I did a software upgrade (not dist-upgrade). Emby-server-dev was upgraded, but I don't think that was the source of the problems. The webgui for Emby stopped functioning, with a continuous loading circle on most pages. Meta-deta manager, movie, and tv pages wouldn't load. Going to an individual movie page, did work. Emby for Kodi continued to work though.

I do not have the log file for that installation anymore, but the issue continued to persist after reinstalling.

This exception was thrown before purging emby-server-dev, and was found after trying to reinstall the dev version.

I tried purging emby and mono and reinstalling emby-server-dev, and trying emby-server-beta. None of those worked. They both failed after attempting to start the service. The log file for those installations is included.

It looks like an issue with sqlite, and maybe this was broken with the software upgrade. There are multiple exceptions regarding sqlite.

I was able to install the stable release, and the server is now functioning. I kinda regret purging my database, now that I know the problem wasn't related to the database.

Running Debian Stretch
