Emby playing incorrect video file on web client

Interesting problem, stated elegantly: Emby (web app) is playing the incorrect video file.  Server 3.1.27.0 [beta].

 

All the metadata is correct for the file in question, and the log even indicates that the correct show and episode is playing; however, the web app shows a different episode from the season.

 

 

The show: You Know What's Bullshit

Season 6, Episode 4 (also does it on episodes 5 and 6)

Plays episodes 1 and 2 of season 6 instead.

 

However, when using the mobile app, the correct episode plays.  Unsure when this issue started, but I've only noticed it on these 3 files.

 

I will include logs from my most recent server reboot, where I tried playing S6E4, only for it to play S6E1 (logs show it playing the correct file).

Also peculiar (and I can't help but feel related), but instead of the recent activity log simply showing that it was played in the web app, firefox, it is showing it listed as "emby mobile"...from my desktop.

 

 

I've deleted and re-added the videos, cleared the show cache and rescanned, library scanned, cleaned database, updated server, rebooted computer ... I just don't know what's going on.
