"sleep mode" for notifications

just a "nice to have" request:

My users get notified when new content arrives the server, would be nice if these could be shifted to a desired time so they don't get annoyed at night.

So as example:

Delay all notifications coming later than 10 PM to 9 AM the next day.

Somebody asked for this before. So, what happens if your users are in a different time zone than the server?

 

What is actually annoying your users? If it's an email arriving on their phone then surely they should just configure their phones to go into "Do Not Disturb" mode automatically at night, or maybe even simply turn down the volume.

I think it is a really rare situation that the users are in different time zones...

As I said, it's just nice to have...
