Giving users permission to delete TV recordings but not media

I assumed that if I had the Feature Access settings as

 

Allow media deletion not checked and Allow Live TV recording management checked I would be able to do the above.  My user though does not get given an option to delete at all.  I suspect if I turn on the media deletion I will but will also be at risk of my Sons deleting my DVDs.  What am I doing wrong here?

 

 

Also quick question is there a quick way to decide I want a TV recording to transfer into my Media Library?  Felt like I should get an item underneath that allowed to this but can find nothing.  Maybe a feature worth implementing?

Just remembered forgot to say that I am using the Fire TV client and it was installed early June.  I think I saw a new release recently so maybe I need to wait for that?  I can delete happily through the web client.

You aren't missing anything.  With the convergence of recorded TV and your normal library, there isn't currently a special option for this.
