Banjo 2 Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 (edited) I'm trying to use the Identify option on an album in my library. I tried searching by name: 2016-06-09 10:05:16.5199 Info HttpClient: HttpClientManager GET: https://www.musicbrainz.org/ws/2/release/?query="Missundaztood"AND artist:"" This returned no results. However, putting that url into a browser returned an XML document that at a casual scan seems correct. I then tried searching by AudioDB Id. I tried just the Id and also the full url. Both returned no results and produced an empty query in the log. 2016-06-09 10:01:21.5700 Info HttpClient: HttpClientManager GET: https://www.musicbrainz.org/ws/2/release/?query=""AND artist:"" I just realised, it's calling musicbrainz when all I've entered is an audioDB id. I tried searching on the musicbrainz id but still nothing was returned. The log entry did at least match up this time and URL produced the correct XML. 2016-06-09 10:41:08.7990 Info HttpClient: HttpClientManager GET: https://www.musicbrainz.org/ws/2/release/?query=reid:e4ba77cc-8f83-31ec-8481-01e7618ae615 What's going on? Luke 42077 Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 We haven't implemented search yet on audiodb, everything is currently music-brainz driven and audiodb is only intended to be supplemental. As far as what happened, you'll need to attach the complete server log so that we can take a look. thanks.

Luke 42077 Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 This log only has one request to musicbrainz which is for a release id that returns 0 results: https://musicbrainz.org/ws/2/release/?query=reid:1000b015-e841-3cc4-ab5b-f47931f574e3 Based on that I can't really offer any insight. I would try to create the problem again, then provide the log from that timeframe. thanks.
