Audio falls behind after skipping ahead in video

So everything plays fine from the web client, as well as from my Nvidia Shield. However, when ever I scrub forward using the scrubber, upon playing the audio is usually 5-6 seconds behind. If I resume playback, audio is also behind.

 

I can't seem to find any issue, or this issue resolved on this forum yet. I hope someone can help!
