double episode

how do I tell the system that a tv episode is actually a double episode?  for example, Grey's Anatomy season 5... I have an episode that has a part 1 and part two but is all on one file, so basically it is episode 1 and episode 2.

 

I have seen before on auto organize the ability to tell it when a double episode exists when manually organizing a file but once it has been done automatically, how do I fix the file so it shows as a double episode?
