Prevent/control access from "Network Locations"

I have Emby installed on a Linux server, and this works just fine. However, Windows computers on my LAN can access the EMBY-server and it's contents through "Network locations".
The problem is that guests and (to a certain extent) family members can access my server without logging in to it. Is there any way to stop (or at least control) this way of accessing what's on my Emby server.
