H-Series Fails to load

Hello,

 

I followed the procedure to install the Samsung Emby App on my 65HU8550.

 

App installation works but when starting the app it says "loading" and dies.

 

The whole hub gets sluggish afterwards and unplug the TV is the only cure.

 

Any advise?

After you installed did the app what point did you get to?  Did it ever ask for the IP and userid?
