dboyer 0 Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 I have a Emby server set up running the latest software (3.0.5972) using a current model HD Home Run Tuner. Lots of recorded transcoded on the server. When viewing the transcoded video remotely via either our Roku 2 or Roku Stick (2016 model), the audio lags the video. You see the person mouth move, then hear the audio. I don't think that the problem existed 6 or 8 months ago, but it does now. Any way to correct this problem?
prolecat 0 Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 (edited) I am also getting this for any video streamed to my Roku 2, same server version. Changing quality settings doesn't seem to help. These videos all work fine both playing locally with Kodi and streaming to Roku with Plex. Edited June 11, 2016 by prolecat
Luke 42078 Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Hi, is this only on recordings, what about other videos?
prolecat 0 Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 For me, it was any video from multiple sources, but it doesn't seem to be happening anymore. Not sure what fixed it. I've rebooted the PC and Roku since then and switched over to the EmbyBeta channel.
dboyer 0 Posted June 30, 2016 Author Posted June 30, 2016 Luke, it appears to only be on the recorded material. I changed the server software over to Beta, however the audio still lags the video by a least a second in time.
