Chapter Image Extraction Failed

I ran the Chapter Image Extraction task this morning an got the following message:

Chapter Image Extraction Failed

The network name cannot be found.

 

I have no idea what that message means.

 

I have looked at the server log but I can not glean any info from it.

 

I have attached the server log and any help would be appreciated.

That isn't it. I can see network shares and use Google before and after getting the error.

 

What is the "Type Tunnel"?

Regardless of what you can see, at the time of the chapter image task your system raised an error relating to file access over the network and that prevented the task from running. emby has no control over this so it will need to be resolved before the task will complete. or just try it again.

Unfortunately, I believe what you are saying. I have tried to get the extraction to run many times with the same failed results.

 

The good side is that everything else runs correctly and the chapter images show up in Theater.

 

So I guess I should keep quiet and enjoy the product
