ScheduleDIrect no programs only channels

As with many I am not getting a proper ScheduleDirect pull.

 

I can see the channels, but no programming information.

 

I am using ServerWMC as a tuner.

 

The emby server log file is reporting:

 

I am concerned with the 0min 0 sec response time.

Hi, welcome. If you're using ServerWMC then ServerWMC is responsible for supplying the guide data. The Schedules Direct feature is only for the built-in live tv channels supported with HD Homerun. Apologies if that wasn't clear.

 

So basically, ServerWMC will utilize the Windows Media Center guide data.

Oh, ok then.

 

The reason I was interested in emby's LiveTV was because my WMC stopped updating its guide (any magical answer for that?  no?  oh well, it was a bit of a stretch).  

 

Time to look for another solution, maybe HD Homerun.

We have native support for HD Homerun so if you buy that device, it will work great with Emby. You don't even need their DVR subscription.

 

Or you can get your WMC guide working again and just use ServerWMC with Emby.
