Can't DirectPlay LiveTV in Emby Theater

Cross-posting as I haven't seen an answer in the LiveTV section and I believe the actual Theater forum is more appropriate:

 

I can Direct Play Recorded TV from Emby Theater but LiveTV transcodes every time. According to this post, that shouldn't be the case: http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/32476-emby-theater-direct-play-live-tv/

 

I'm using the built-in LiveTV function, not a plug-in, tuning with an HDHomeRun Prime.

 

I've tested this on two different Win 7 x64 computers; I can test it on Win 10 if necessary. I'm not sure I have any other device that would support direct play of Live TV (I can also use a Roku2, PS3, PS4, iOS or Android device if one of those would be suitable for troubleshooting).

 

Would someone be willing to take a look at the config and let me know what I'm doing wrong? I'm eager to replace WMC with Emby as soon as I can resolve this last issue.

Hi, make sure you have the latest HDHR firmware and then it should direct play.
