User Profile other language than server

it´s my second time a write a posting in this forum and I am an Austrian guy, so my mother language is german, so please be patiently with me.

My Server is installed in german language.

Because i often have guests in my home, i created an own user named "guests". Can i change the user guests profile to language "english"?

How and where. I didn´t find it.

This app allows each user to have their own language. Thanks.
