x265/Opus file not playing on Apple TV (OK on iOS)

Hello,

 

I have been using Plex and now trying Emby to compare and test its parental controls feature. I have x265/OPus files (mkv) which are playing fine on my windows 10 server and also on your iOs App but not at all, just black screen on my Apple TV. Details of the streams in the attached file.

 

Anything to do to help?

SO I attached the transcode log file for the problematic file. I tried similar other files and most actually play. I think one was not playing and now plays. THis log I sent is for a file that does not play at all, actually makes Apple Tv Emby crash (Black Screen) so I need to close the app.

 

ALso all those files are playing flawlessly on Plex.

Hello,

I did it a few times, It seems sometimes it works and reads the file and sometimes it does not. When it does not it freezes. Anyway after a few trials it seems it works.so not such big deal.

By reading I meant playing the video. Sorry if was not clear.
