Recordings not showing up

hello, i was using dvblink as an external provider but trialling a HD Homerun while some of the issues with external providers are ironed out.

 

i uninstalled dvblink and then set up EmbyTV (tbf there may have been some crossover) and while everything works fine apart from the recordings don't show up anywhere. they take place and remain in subfolders of the recorded tv folder as they should, but they just don't show up in the web interface or the apps. the recordings tab just lists future recordings.

Make sure the user has access to that library in User->Access.
