Frames added by the CoverArt plugin

I've been seeing, for quiet some time now, a recurring problem that the CoverArt Plugin seems to miss adding frames to media and never seems to get around to it.

All of my media is encoded the same, and the frame it often uses is the H-264 frame, but there are a lot of pieces of media that don't seem to ever get framed.

What can I do to fix these?

I think I tracked the problem that is specifically occurring after tinkering a bit.

- Whenever there is a non-movie inside of collection, the frame will never be used (despite everything within that collection having frames).
- Whenever you've used your own images to represent a collection, the frame will never be used.

I can force the ones that are being sluggish to update by going into the image and resetting the primary image again (it can be the same exact image).
