Unable to change audio tracks

Have a movie with English and French audio tracks. It's defaulting to French. I go to Select Audio or Subtitles for the movie. Select English and Play With These Selections but it stills plays French. I go back into the audio menu and French is selected even though I changed it.

Does the video actually play when you hit the "Play with these selections" button?

No, it goes back to the screen with description and cast

Okay, then, go back to the list, then enter the details screen and, without attempting to play it, go to the select audio and subs menu and select your track and hit that button again.

ok, after doing some more testing, I got English to work only if I had Cinema Mode disabled. I could resume the movie and it would still be english. As soon as I enabled Cinema Mode again it would only play in French.
