Emby doesn't update my Library

Hi,

Running newest Emby here on Windows Server 2012.

Emby doesnt seem to scan my library. It only finds around 10 albums out of the 1100. When i trigger a manual scan, it finishes within seconds without finding the rest of the albums:

Here is my log. I hope someone can help me out:

I've tried it on stable, beta and dev, and it happens on all 3 versions.

It doesn't appear that the library scan was complete when you took that log but there are also a bunch of errors in it that may be access related.  Looks like someone was continually trying to access Emby without knowing the password too.

How did you setup the library?  What is the exact structure in the file system of the items (screen caps from explorer)?

It's a new and fresh installation (i've never used Emby before, only Plex), so all settings are default. The library scan does complete within seconds (as you can see in the screenshot of my previous post).

I see lots of this in the logging:

Does it have something to do with this problem?

What is inside those folders and how did you setup the libraries in the Library setup?  Are you only pointing it to music?

Have you seen this?

Yes, i did follow the quick start

The Music Library is only pointing to the music folder

The folders consist of FLAC files.

The log files is full of ffmpeg/ffprobe error. Does it have something to do with this?

Nothing in your screenshot shows a "music" folder so I don't know where that is.

Also, we need to know exactly how you setup the library.  Can you post a screen shot of the library setup screen including inside the library where you setup the actual locations?

Are your music files properly tagged?  That is primarily how we will identify them.

yea for some reason every single execution of ffprobe is failing on your machine. that will definitely cause a problem. can you provide a sample music file just so that i can try from another machine? thanks.
