dayfly 0 Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 Great app ! only problem the subs are show in yellow, how can i change them to white ?
corey 317 Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 Hi @@dayfly, Currently there is no way to change the subtitle color.
ebr 16169 Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 The issue is that there is no outline font to which we have access so that color offers the best chance of visibility against all backgrounds.
dayfly 0 Posted May 16, 2016 Author Posted May 16, 2016 thanks for the info, will that ever change ? i dont have it with plex or netflix its weird cuss sometimes i see white subs also and perfectly placed, but then they are out of sync or when i skip forward they dissapear Only using mkv files with embeded subs in them.
dayfly 0 Posted May 16, 2016 Author Posted May 16, 2016 (edited) This is what happens when i press play; white subs This is what happens if i replay, white subs with yellow After 10 seconds the white subs dissapear and only show yellow Edited May 16, 2016 by dayfly
ebr 16169 Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 The white subs are being burned in by the server. But, they are actually not just white - they have a black outline to them which is what allows them to show up on any background. That is the part we aren't able to do right now with the app.
