Resume and skipping error on some mp4 files

Hi, 

 

On our AFTV (original and 2015) version I get an issue where I try and resume or skip some mp4s it either crashes back to the item description or skips to the next file.

 

For instance. I was watching King of Queens last night. Had got thru one partially put had to pause and go do something. Come back and press play; it attempts to but then jumps to the next episode and starts from the beginning. So I stop it, have to start from the beginning. I then try to skip thru it and its crashes back to the item description. The only way to get thru it is to use the chapters feature. 

 

I have just tried again and have sent logs from the device.

Please tell me the Emby user that was logged in at the time and about the time (EDT) that it occurred.  Thanks.
