Question about identification of Movies

I have noticed this quite a bit recently. When a new movie is added to Emby and Emby looks it up it frequently picks the wrong thing. For example. I just ripped "Pride and Prejudice (2005)" and added it to my server. What it should have been linked to is this movie https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/4348-pride-prejudice. Instead it linked to this http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1217593/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1.

 

So instead of picking the closest match to the filename:

Emby instead picked a random match.

Is it because I couldn't use the & in the filename? Does that throw the whole thing off? Next time it happens I will have to look closely at the matches but right now I can't remember the last movie to do this. I know it has happened with 3 or 4 though in the last couple of weeks. I have been working on digitizing my entire physical library so it's a small percentage of what I am ripping but it is annoying nonetheless.
