legallink 187 Posted May 10, 2016 Author Posted May 10, 2016 (edited) @@dcook and @@Luke thanks for your help thus far. For the most part, file name matching folder name was the key. There are 3 outstanding files which I don't have an answer to, but I'll get to that in a second. At least for my system: 1. As an FYI, a file with no "-" after it and a file with a "-" after it (in the same folder with the same name) will be grouped....aka, you can have a "base" file. 2. Additionally, a file with no space around the dash is treated the same as spaces around the dash, both were recognized appropriately. The 3 remaining files that I am issues with are as follows: "9" I'm not sure if the movie title is too short or what, but it won't recognize the movie as grouped, and always gets it wrong. It labels it as "District 9" (and as separate files), and whether I correct it or not, still no grouping. I can correct the metadata, but always shows up as separate files. "The Long Long Trailer" I'm not sure what the issue is here either. The only thing I can think of is the official movie name has a comma in it, but the folder and file are named in accordance with the naming convention. "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" I wonder if it is similar to the Long Long trailer in that the apostrophe is not in the folder or file name. It will not group them. Let me know what additional info I can provide. Edited May 10, 2016 by legallink
