dennisf878 0 Posted May 9, 2016 Posted May 9, 2016 I used CCleaner and missed that It deleted all the cookies and who knows what else on Win10/Foxfire. Now, I can't get into the Emby server. I checked saved passwords In Firefox, and entered that information to no avail. Then, I attempted to rest the PW, but, there's no App data/roaming listed in the directory the instructions said to go to. Does anyone have an idea as to how I can get back into the server? In advance, thank you for your help. Dennis
Luke 42083 Posted May 9, 2016 Posted May 9, 2016 Hi, the path that it told you to go to is valid, it's probably just hidden by default from windows explorer. you can try copy and pasting it into the windows explorer address bar.

For grins I tried signing again tonight using the same user name and pw, and for some reason it worked. I bet I tried 10 or 15 times last night using the same data, and it wasn't accepted. Alignment of the planets or something, I guess.
