Problem connecting with my Emby Server

Hello to all and thanks in advance for any help.
I'm facing this problem since the beginning of the installation. Initially I was using KODI as my default home media server but I was facing problems there too so I thought to give Emby a try.
There are currently 3 PCs in my home network and I would like to be able to see my multimedia files in each one but it seems impossible for me to connect to my server. Even from KODI`s UPnP discovery I`m not able to "see" my Emby.
So I could really need any help from you guys cause I cannot figure out what`s wrong with my set up.
I`m running Emby Server 3.0.5934.0 on Windows 10 and my other devices are running several OSes (Ubuntu,WinVista,Win7). The

Log files that i find in Emby`s folder are kind of huge (11Mb~21Mb) so i don`t know which part is useful.

Please guide me to the details you need.
