I am currently having an issue with IPTV where when I am trying to play an m3u8 stream it says "retrieving" and then goes back to the play screen again.

I am using a Roku Telstra TV powered unit.

I left Plex because it wasn't playing any of my media saying "video unavailable" and thought I would give emby a try and its still the same thing, even though it work 100% if I type in the address on my PC for example click on http://38.99.146.36:7777/Ishtar_HD.m3u8 and it will download the file with no issues which means it works, but as soon as I put it in the IPTV app, it wont work and i am getting super frusturated!!

Some one please help ive been working on this thing for 3 days and still nothing!!!!

Thanks all!

Hi, the instructions apply to all operating systems. Just open the logs page in the server dashboard, which you did, then you can open and save log files from there.

Thanks for the reply!

Anyways I ended up getting the Live tv to work, its just that the links were dead, thats all, now I am having another issue.

When I play the Live tv channels they play for a few seconds to about 20 seconds and then it stops.

I also cant find the option to save logs in the emby server app. Am I doing something wrong?

Does this help?

http://51.254.46.198:2500/live/oman/oman/2934.ts:

DVBViewer and WMP work 20...30 seconds.

The problem source IP TV. Or restrict access.
