bry 12 Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 Hello, Currently running Version 3.0.5934.0 on a windows machine. Everything is working really well except for a handful of series that refuse to use a poster for their primary artwork and instead select a banner. the series are as follows: The League Life Once Upon A Time Silicon Valley Speed of Life Surviving the Cut All of which have poster artwork available. I have manually changed the primary artwork to poster multiple times, created a manual back-up, rebooted the server. Everything is okay. Next time I check everything is back to normal. Has anyone experienced this? know of a fix? appreciate any insight.

Does that mean the the Primary image as shown by the "Edit Images" screen is actually changing to a different image? If so, then this is probably either a problem with the data source, or you have some other program that is replacing them.
bry 12 Posted May 6, 2016 Author Posted May 6, 2016 the primary image is what is changing, https://imgur.com/C68zavN. I don't see why it is only happening with the series that are listed.
MEB 27 Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 I had the issue and it was an issue with the images in the folders already, just delete all images in the series folder and let emby auto retrieve them, then make any changes. I was having this with movies that came with art and emby refused to overwrite them. I assume it was a permission issue.

Negative - I will try the above suggestion first and see what happens. It was fine at one point in time and started acting wonky in the last few weeks unfortunately. thanks for the replies guys!
