Wheemer 50 Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 When Sonarr downloads a better quality show it is not synced. The old show give the message "episode has been removed from library". And new show never shows up. This has been happening forever. And it takes pulling hair to even get the new episode to ever show up. If Sonarr is telling Emby about the new show then why isn't it synced instantly? I have to manually scan library in Emby and then reset the database in Kodi for it to show up. I thought I made a post here about this issue months ago, but I can't seem to find it.

Angelblue05 4132 Posted May 7, 2016 Posted May 7, 2016 If Kodi is running at the time, you don't see the new content being added once it's available in the webclient? Can you please grab your Kodi log when you see this happen, let me know of the time the content was added to your server. Thanks.

Wheemer 50 Posted May 9, 2016 Author Posted May 9, 2016 I have not seen it happen again yet. I also assume that if it was naming them the same then it would just work wouldn't it? I have changed Sonarr to rename the episodes. That will probably work. I'll let you know.
