Why am I running Beta?

So, when i opened my browser this evening somehow Emby has updated itself to v 3.0.9534 and I was greeted with this thank you message for running Berta testing.

 

Except I'm not supposed to be running beta.

 

I checked my automatic update setting and it is set to official release, not beta.

 

I've turned off auto update completely for now.

 

So, my question is: how did I get pushed beta in the first place and how do I go back to official release?

I'd prefer not to run  buggy software in my production environment.

you are running stable, the message is just showing when it shouldn't be, and that's been resolved for the next release. thanks.
