Chapter Extraction fails

Chapter extraction is "failing". I state that in quotes because the logs show it completing successfully. Usually in a matter of 1-3 seconds total time.

 

Server version is 3.0.5934.0 although I've had this issue every since I rebuilt my server and the past several releases.

Hi, the log looks fine. make sure you've enabled chapter image extraction under advanced library settings.
