Shows not appearing in folder for Emby for WMC

Recently, I found out that a couple of shows are not appearing in their folder any more.  They are there on the hard drive and I can play them.  I have copies of each episode.  One in wtv and the other in a converted mp4.  I am fairly confident there is no file issue.

 

These used to appear just fine, but after one of the updates (not sure which one as this wasn't watched for a while), it prevented it from being listed.  The folder is there, but it says it is empty.

 

I just had this thought on my way to work this morning, but I don't think the files are named properly.  Ie, 5x01 - Episode Name.mp4 or s05e01 - Episode Name.mp4.  They are still in the format when recorded from WMC.  This used to work and we could watch based off of air date.

 

I can provide current server version when I get home.  Hoping this is a simple issue.

We'll need to see the exact layout of the file system (screen shots) and how you have the library configured.

Thanks ebr!  When I get home, I will get you screenshots of my Library (Emby Server perspective) and file system (several layers).  Do you actually need screenshots of the file system or can I just provide a text listing?
